“If it ain’t got soul … it ain’t got nothing.” I believe that to be true whether it’s Country music or Soul music. I also believe Country music and Soul music share a very deep kinship. That’s what I have tried to bring out with this project. We have brought Soul influence into classic Country songs with Saxophones, Hammond B3 Organ, and soulful Background vocals. On the other hand, we have brought Country influence into Soul songs with instruments such as Fiddle and Steel Guitar. I believe the end work is something you will really enjoy.
